If I'm not teaching kitesurfing you may find me at Wohlen down town, it's in Switzerland. But it's really rare at the moment.

At the moment I spend the most of my time on the best beaches around the world, and try to teach kitesurfing. That's not always as easy as it sounds. My oldest student was already 70 years old and the youngest just barely 13.

How everything started:

No one wanted to be my partner on my first trip to Costa Rica, so I decided to go on my own . That was the best decision that I ever made. I spent my whole vacation doing different water sport activities and visiting a good girl friend of mine. The first thing on this trip was a kite course at Nicola Bertoldi's Kitecenter 2000, where I need to come back to more than one time in the following years.

In Switzerland the sport was growing really slowly so I wasn't on the water that often, and there are not very many good spots if you not like to freeze your ass of. The following year, February 2004, I got a job offer from Costa Rica as a Kite Instructor, so I took the chance and left home. I could barely ride upwind and perform my first jumps, but Nicola gave me a chance.

From that point, my career as an instructor started to grow.
